DESCRIPTION: The EMC2 and Dell Office Building is designed to accomodate a fast growing tech industry. The 4-Story steel structure meets the demands of flexible office space, high security entry, and collaborative work space. The building houses open offices, conference rooms, a gym, cafeteria, break room, and receiving area.

CONTRIBUTIONS: Project Lead through DD, CD, and CA phases; Client liaison with Boyer company; BIM model collaboration; discipline coordination
