PRE-DESIGN + FEASIBILITY STUDIES
At TETRAD we offer pre-design services to help our clients define the scope of each unique project. These services can come in the form of architectural programming where we help our clients identify their design objectives, space requirements, site conditions, and local building code regulations. We also perform feasibility studies for those clients who are not ready for a full contractual commitment for comprehensive architectural design services.

As a full-service architectural firm, TETRAD offers the full scope of architectural design and planning services. We offer our clients a fully collaborative design process that includes: Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents, Bidding and Negotiation, and Construction Administration. For larger multi-phased projects, we also offer master planning and urban design services.
